If you are going to LOAD cargo with
us, please keep to
the following procedure:

- 1st.- Contact our export Commercial Manager for your destination.
He will inform you and will open a file for your shipment (if
needed).
|

|
 |
- 3rd.- Send your loading documents to our export Documentation
department, with your
LOADING
NOTE.
|
 |
- 4th.- Once container has been loaded on board you can collect
your Bill of Lading in our offices, with settlement of your
account.
|
 |
If your cargo requires any special treatment, please warn
our manager. If your cargo were Hazardous
Cargo, IMO, please
warn our manager since the first moment, and you must not forget
that this cargo can only be taken into the Port and loaded
with a previous Administrative Authorization. Send us urgently
your
Hazardous
Cargo Declaration, and also your
Stowage
Certificate,
with your other mandatory documents.

If you are going to RECEIVE cargo with
us, please keep
to the following procedure:

SEND US YOUR DOCUMENTATION as soon as possible:
Send us as soon as possible your clearance documents to our Import Department.
This means:
If your cargo has European Community Status (“C”), except for certain
cases, you must provide us with the following documents:
- One Original Bill of Lading (B/L) duly endorsed.
- The original
T2L document.
- Your
DELIVERY
INSTRUCTIONS.
- Settlement of your expenses.

If your cargo has no E. U. Status, except for certain cases,
you must provide us with the following documents:
- One Original Bill of Lading (B/L) duly endorsed.
- Your Customs Clearance Document, or your relevant documents for us to
Clear the cargo for you.
- Your
DELIVERY
INSTRUCTIONS.
- Settlement of your expenses.

If your cargo is been transhipped with us, except for certain
cases, you must also provide us with the following documents:
- One Original Bill of Lading (B/L) duly endorsed.
- The Original T2L document, or your statement about cargo’s
E.U. status, if any.
- Your
DELIVERY
INSTRUCTIONS.
- Settlement of your expenses.

In all cases, you must not forget that neither the Port nor
the Containers are places where to store cargo in a regular
basis, and therefore storages of your containers/cargo will
produce daily increasing costs for you, due to container demurrages
and to port warehousing.
